Incidents
Roll-up door at dock 3 was unlocked during the 01:00 round. No sign of entry. Checked the dock area, locked the door and logged it. Receiving team should confirm lock-up at end of day.
At 03:52 a man was climbing the north fence near post 3. Guard challenged him from the lot and he climbed back down and left on foot toward Route 1. Police called at 03:55, a unit arrived at 04:20 (case 26-118402). A section of the fence mesh is cut. Guard stayed at the fence line with police until 05:05, so the 04:00 round missed North fence line and Parking lot B.

Daily activity notes
Dock door 3 found unlocked at 01:17 and locked. Fence breach at post 3 at 03:52, police attended, case 26-118402. North fence line and Parking lot B not scanned in the 04:00 round while I was with police; both scanned again at 05:00. Facilities should repair the fence mesh today.
