PatrolSheet is guard tour and patrol reporting software for security companies. By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of your company.
Free trial and plans
New accounts get a 14-day free trial. No card is needed to start. After the trial you can choose a monthly plan (Starter, Growth or Pro) at the price shown on our pricing section. Plans are month to month. There is no contract and no setup fee. You can cancel at any time and the cancellation applies at the end of the paid period.
If the trial ends or a plan is canceled, nothing is deleted. Guards can keep scanning and their data is kept. The dashboard and client reports pause until you choose a plan. You can export your data at any time.
Your data
You own the data you put into PatrolSheet. You can export it at any time. We use it only to run the service for you, and we do not use it to train AI models. See the privacy policy for details.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your login details safe and tell us if you think your account was misused.
- Tell your guards about the location notice and get any consent the law requires where you operate.
- Check reports before you rely on them. The optional AI writer drafts text from a guard's note, and a draft can be wrong. The guard decides whether to use it.
- Share client links only with the people who should see that site's reports.
- Use the service lawfully. Do not upload content you have no right to share.
Availability
We work to keep PatrolSheet running and to make sure guard data is never lost. We cannot promise it will never be interrupted. PatrolSheet is a reporting tool and does not replace emergency services or your own safety procedures. The “I’m OK” check-in is not a monitoring service: nobody watches it around the clock. Reminders for licenses, training and state report deadlines are a help, not legal advice, so check the rules where you operate.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
